To be eligible to participate in a commencement ceremony, you must meet the following criteria:
NOTE: Honors are posted at the time of degree conferral. Students may be allowed to participate prior to degree completion. Only students who have been awarded honors at the time of the ceremony will receive honor cords (Bachelors)/distinction medallion (Masters). These items may be purchased after degree conferral by contacting the Graduation Team.
All Worldwide participants must reserve a cap and gown in order to guarantee that you will have regalia at your ceremony location. Regalia is shipped directly to the ceremony location and students will be instructed on pickup times.
Please contact the Graduation Team if you have a question regarding your ceremony location or to change ceremony locations. If you change locations after you have reserved regalia, you will need to make a new reservation for the new location. We cannot change your order once it has been submitted. We do not ship regalia from one location to another.
NOTE: You must apply for graduation prior to the Application Deadline listed below. Your regalia must be reserved prior to the Reservation Deadline listed below. Putting your height and weight on your graduation application does not reserve your regalia.
