Reserve Your Cap and Gown

To be eligible to participate in a commencement ceremony, you must meet the following criteria:

• You have applied for graduation.
• Associate (Undergraduate): You must be within 12 hours of completing your degree.
• Bachelor's (Undergraduate): You must be within 12 hours of completing your degree. 
• Master's (Graduate): You must be 100% degree complete in order to participate.

Note: Honors are posted at the time of degree completion. Students may be allowed to participate prior to degree completion. Only students who have been awarded honors at the time of the ceremony will receive honor cords (bachelor's) or distinction medallion (master's).

Action Required

You must apply for graduation and place your regalia order prior to the deadlines listed below. It is the responsibility of each graduate to purchase their cap and gown through the Herff Jones Worldwide website. These items will be paid for at the time of ordering and will be shipped directly to the address you specify. The cap and gown fee is in addition to the graduation fee.
