Commencement: Saturday, September 20, 2 p.m.

Dear Graduate,

We are excited to celebrate you on Saturday, September 20 that 2 p.m. at the House of Logistics & Mobility (HOLM) (Bessie-Coleman-Straße 7, 60549 Frankfurt am Main, Germany) minutes away from Frankfurt International Airport!

Please complete this Graduation Consent Form in order to approve your name being printed and use of photos in future graduation promotional materials as per European policy.

FAST FACTS:

• Regalia: If you have ordered regalia, your regalia will be ready for you when you check in at the event. This includes the cap, gown, and tassel.
  • Honor Cords will be provided by the university upon check-in at the Robing Room to qualified undergraduate students. Please note: Honors are posted upon degree completion. Only students who are degree complete at the time of the ceremony will receive honor cords, if applicable.

• Distinction medals for eligible graduate students will be provided. Only students who are degree complete at the time of the ceremony will receive distinction medals, if applicable.

• Check-in will begin at Noon at the HOLM Registration Desk on Saturday, September 20.
  • Once you check in, you will be directed to the robing room. Once robed, you will have an opportunity for complimentary student and family photos.
  • Your guests are invited to place personal items on chairs to save their spots (personal items are left at owner’s risk however ushers will be in the room).

• Graduates will be lined up at 1:30 p.m., and the ceremony will begin promptly at 2 p.m.
  • Please remain in the lobby area for line-up preparations.
  • There are nearby cafes as well as a supermarket if you need to purchase snacks or drinks.

• We invite you to join us for a dessert reception following the ceremony in the HOLM ground floor, celebrating all of you. Light refreshments will be served.
  • Visit our Alumni and Career Services table
  • Be on the lookout for Ernie the Eagle for photos

We have also created the Frankfurt Student Guide 2025 for you to reference, highlighting nearby restaurants and hotel options – especially if you are traveling to graduation and are not local to the area. The guide includes parking instructions. Please let us know if you have special accommodation needs for parking at the venue.
