• Hooding Ceremony (Master's students): Friday, May 22, 2026, at 3 p.m.

• Commencement Ceremony (All students): Saturday, May 23, 2026, at 9 a.m.

• Where: Embry‑Riddle Aeronautical University, ICI Center

• Deadline to register for this ceremony: April 10, 2026

• Due to venue capacity guests are limited to 5 per student  

Graduates!

We are excited to celebrate you for your Commencement! The Hooding Ceremony for Master’s Degree graduates will be held Friday, May 22^nd at 3:00pm. 

The Commencement Ceremony for ALL graduates will be held Saturday, May 23^rd at 9:00am. 

Both ceremonies will be held in the ICI Center (601 S. Clyde Morris Blvd, Daytona Beach, FL 32114) located on the ERAU Daytona Beach Campus.

Visit the Embry-Riddle bookstore – located on the Daytona Beach Campus, open 9am-6p on Friday May 22, and 7am-1pm on Saturday May 23

HOODING CEREMONY FOR MASTER’S DEGREE GRADUATES: Friday, May 22nd: 

• Each graduate is responsible to bring their own regalia to Commencement. This includes the cap, gown, tassel, & hood.
• Check-in will begin at the ICI Center at 1:30pm on Friday, May 22nd. Please come with regalia to check-in and receive your individual reader card.
• Guests will be seated at 2:00pm on Friday, May 22nd. Due to venue space, guests are limited to 5 per graduate.
• We ask that graduates remain in the check-in area until the time comes to line up. Graduates will be lined up at 2:15pm on Friday, May 22nd, and the Hooding Ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00pm.
• Any guest or graduate arriving later than 2:45pm on Friday will be required to wait until after the start of the ceremony to be seated. 

COMMENCEMENT CEREMONY FOR ALL GRADUATES: Saturday, May 23^rd : 

• Each graduate is responsible to bring their own regalia to Commencement. This includes the cap, gown, tassel, (& hood for masters).
• Check-in will begin at the ICI Center at 7:30am on Saturday, May 23rd. Please come with regalia to check-in and receive your individual reader card. Honor Cords and Distinction Medals will be provided by the university upon check-in to all qualified graduates.
• Guests will be seated at 8:00am on Saturday, May 23rd. Due to venue space, guests are limited to 5 per graduate.
• We ask that graduates remain in the check-in area until the time comes to line up. Graduates will be lined up at 8:15am on Saturday, May 23rd, and the Commencement Ceremony will begin promptly at 9:00am.
• Any guest or graduate arriving later than 8:45am on Saturday will be required to wait until after the start of the ceremony to be seated.
• Additional communication will be sent in the coming weeks, so keep an eye on your inbox!
