Upcoming Ceremonies

Congratulations, graduates! We are so excited to have the opportunity to celebrate you and your accomplishment in earning your degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

For graduates participating in the Worldwide Commencement Ceremony held in Seattle, we are so excited to see you Saturday, August 31st to celebrate you at graduation!

PLEASE NOTE: Due to space limitations at the museum, graduates are limited to bringing 5 guests.

As a reminder:

• Each graduate is responsible to bring their own regalia to Commencement on Saturday. This includes the cap, gown, tassel and hood.
• Distinction Medals and Honor Cords will be provided by the university upon check-in on Saturday, August 31st to all qualified graduates.
• Check-in will begin in front lobby of the Museum at 5:30pm on Saturday, August 31st. We ask graduates to come, with regalia, to the front entrance of the museum to check-in, receive your individual reader card, and pick up your Distinction Medal or Honor Cords as applicable.
• Guests will be seated at 6:00pm on Saturday, August 31st.
• We ask that graduates remain in the check-in area until the time comes to line up. Graduates will be lined up at 6:00pm and the Commencement Ceremony will begin promptly at 7:00pm.
• Any guest or graduate arriving later than 6:45pm will be required to wait until after the start of the ceremony to be seated.

• Deadline to register for this ceremony: Aug. 30, 2024
• Due to venue capacity, five guests are allowed per graduate.

• When: Sunday, Dec. 8, 2024
• Where: Hilton Tokyo Odaiba
• Deadline to register for this ceremony: Nov. 15, 2024
• Due to venue capacity, two guests are allowed per graduate.
