 How to Enroll in Class

To enroll in class, login to ERNIE and access your CS Student Center. Select “Enroll” under Academics. Select the term you wish to enroll and select “continue”. Search classes to add, click “select” to add a class to your cart, and select “Proceed to Step 2 of 3”. When finished adding classes, click boxes next to the courses you wish to enroll. Select “Finish Enrolling”. This will complete your saved enrollment in a course pending payment completion.

Note: Course Registration is not complete until payment in full is received by your campus. All courses must have a valid TA form submitted prior to the term start date, a payment plan on file, or payment made online or you campus staff will cancel your registration request. For any assistance with payment, please contact your local campus.

Army students: You also need to register on www.goarmyed.com. Login, click on “Request TA” and enter the GAE number or search for a class. Select “Request class” to process TA request for your class.

Payment for Class

To make payment for tuition due, login to ERNIE and access your CS Student Center. Select “My Student Account” under Finances. Select “Access Account”, and on the next screen, select “Make a payment”. Under “Amount Due”, manually input the amount due out of pocket (you can verify this with your campus staff). Enter payment information as prompted. If using military TA, your balance will reflect $750 per class until TA is invoiced which generally 2-3 weeks into your course.

To set up a payment plan, Select “My Student Account” under Finances. Select “Access Account”, and on the next screen, select “Payment Plans” on the black menu bar. Select “Enroll now” followed by term in which your course begins. Select “Continue” and follow prompts.

How to Order Textbooks

To order textbooks, login to ERNIE and go to the “I want to” section (bottom, right). Select the link for “Search Master Textbook” then select link to “Worldwide Bookstore.” Select Term & Course(s) in which you are enrolled, and then “Add to My Course List”. Select “Review My Materials”. Select “Add to Cart” and follow prompts for check out.

If you choose to order outside of ERAU, make sure to verify title, edition, and ISBN number of the textbook as well as shipping method. Avoid media mail. USPS Priority is recommended to ensure timely arrival of materials. E-books are also available. It is the student’s responsibility to verify title, edition & ISBN before purchasing.
